1.3 Building: Public areas are at Sabiha Tansuğ Museum and Musa Baran Museum at the address of İzmir Bademler village. These are areas inside or outside the buildings under the legal capacity or authority of the management, including but not limited to the exhibition gallery, restaurant, cafe, terrace, garden, park and other outdoor areas.
1.4 Visitor: Defined as anyone who enters the Musa Baran Museum or Sabiha Tansuğ Museum to watch an exhibition or attend a reception, conference or a meeting at the Musa Baran Museum or Sabiha Tansuğ Museum to which they have been invited.
1.5 Entrance ticket: A ticket that gives the visitor access to the exhibition areas of the Musa Baran Museum or Sabiha Tansuğ Museum during normal working hours.
1.6 Proof of admission: An entrance ticket (with or without a discount card) or a comparable document (such as a written invitation, voucher, annual pass) granting access to one or more of the areas possibly specified in the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum.
1.7 Goods: all goods, including cash, cash equivalents and negotiable instruments.
1.8 Musa Baran Museum and Sabiha Tansuğ Museum officials: All real persons working in and around Musa Baran Museum and Sabiha Tansuğ Museum under the instructions of Bademler Village Culture, Art and Education Foundation.
1.9. Contract: The contract that the visitor accepts by purchasing an entrance ticket to the Museums, to which these general visitor terms and conditions apply.
2.1 Terms and conditions: Valid for all visitors of Sabiha Tansuğ Museum and Musa Baran Museum, as well as all real persons and/or legal entities that Bademler Village Culture, Art and Education Foundation uses or benefits from in accordance with its purpose.
2.2 These terms and conditions also apply in the case of special receptions, outside normal opening hours and/or special activities targeting others besides regular visitors.
2.3 Departures from these terms and conditions are only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing.
3.1 A visitor is entitled to enter the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum and Musa Baran Museum only upon presentation of a valid admission document.
3.2 A visitor will be denied access to the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum if it is understood that the acceptance document is not issued by the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum or by an organization authorized for this purpose.
3.3 A visitor shall show the entry document to Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation officials when requested. Otherwise, Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation may refuse visitors entry to Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum.
3.4 In case the entrance document/entrance ticket is lost or stolen before entering the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum, the Visitor will not receive a refund of the entrance fee.
3.5 A previously purchased admission ticket becomes invalid only if the period specified on the admission ticket has expired.
3.6 An admission document / admission ticket cannot be changed.
3.7. Bademler Village Culture, Art and Education Foundation has the right to change normal opening hours due to urgent drills in connection with emergency response or due to partial or full evacuation in the event of a real emergency. As deemed necessary in the case of Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum. Such a change in normal opening hours shall not create any right for a refund of any entrance fee paid.
4. Being in the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum
4.1 The visitor's stay in the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum is at the visitor's own risk and expense.
4.2 During the visitor's stay at the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum, a visitor shall act in accordance with the rules of security, public order and other applicable rules for visiting museums. A visitor is also obliged to promptly comply with the instructions and directions recognized by the authorities of the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum. If, in the opinion of an authority, a visitor acts in any way contrary to these rules, standards, directions and directions, the visitor may be denied access to the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum without further permission. The Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum shall be liable to compensate for any damages.
4.3 Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum accepts no responsibility for damage or loss of goods delivered by visitors for safety purposes.

6 Refund
6.1 The following conditions never impose any obligation on a visitor to refund any money paid by Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum or to pay any other compensation:
7.1 Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation is a visitor to Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation and

7.4 Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum shall never be liable for any direct or indirect loss arising as a direct or indirect result of any deficiency, quality or condition in any real estate property of which it is the custodian, tenant, tenant or owner, whether owned or used by the owner or otherwise of Bademler Köyü Culture Art and Education Foundation, unless it is the direct result of intent or gross negligence of Bademler Köyü Culture Art and Education Foundation employees.
8. Force majeure
8.1 In the case of Bademler Köyü Culture Art and Education Foundation, force majeure is any foreseeable or unforeseeable circumstance that makes it difficult for Bademler Köyü Culture Art and Education Foundation to fulfill the agreement and if the fulfillment of the agreement becomes impossible or temporarily or permanently problematic and as a result, any damage caused by this cannot be attributed to Bademler Köyü Culture Art and Education Foundation.
8.2 Such conditions include the conditions regarding the persons and / or services and / or institutions that Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation wishes to use in the implementation of the visit contract, as well as everything that applies as force majeure or force majeure for the above-mentioned. 9 Lost items
9.1 Lost items found by a visitor at the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum can be given to an employee or delivered to the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum reception desk.
9.2 Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum will keep the lost goods and in case of valuables, will hand them over to the police.

If Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation has doubts that the person contacted is not the owner, Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation has the right to request proof of ownership.
10 Complaint procedure
10.1 Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation will do everything possible to facilitate visits to the museum complex or the exhibitions and events it organizes in accordance with the published program. This also includes the obligation to inform the public as much as possible about the total, partial or early closure of the museum complex and/or exhibitions organized by Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation. A visitor can never claim compensation in this regard.
10.2 In case of a complaint, the visitor can make it known by filling out a form that can be obtained from the Sabiha Tansuğ Museum or Musa Baran Museum reception desk or by writing to /mail/.
10.3 The visitor's complaint will be investigated and a written response will be sent within 30 days. If the investigation has not yet been completed by then, the complainant will be notified and given an expected completion date.
10.4 Complaints regarding rescue requests regarding the agreement between Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation and the visitor must be submitted to Bademler Village Culture Art and Education Foundation in writing within six weeks of the visit. Complaints, demands and compensation requests made after this period will not be processed. A complaint form containing visitor terms and conditions is available.
11 Other terms, conditions and applicable laws
11.1 The applicability of these General Visitor Terms and Conditions does not affect the possible applicability of other contractual conditions and/or Bademler Köyü Culture Art and Education Foundation regulations.
11.2 These General Visitor Terms and Conditions and the agreement between the visitor and Bademler Village Culture, Art and Education Foundation are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the agreement between the visitor and Bademler Village Culture, Art and Education Foundation shall be submitted to the competent court.
