With Can Umsu, a third generation manager of Garanti Mills, who has 70 years of experience in the coffee industry, we will explore the history of coffee, the supply process, coffee cultivation, as well as the differences between coffee types theoretically and practically. We will examine sensory analysis in quality coffee practically. At the end of the coffee tastings, we will receive our tasting kit and participation certificates with a mini quiz.
